Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. They are knowledgeable in each product area or department in the store, uphold company policies, promote merchandise and sales, and act as an ambassador of the brand, creating a unique customer experience to acquire and retain long‑time customers. Passion for outstanding service and promotion of merchandise is essential.

• Provide extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual, including assisting customers as they enter the store and helping multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by the organization.
• Set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Practice and uphold all company policies, procedures and standards as listed in the operations policy manual, personnel policy manual, visual manual, customer service manual and memos with company direction.
• Assist in daily store operations including completing work lists, cleanup lists, weekly shipments and store maintenance.
• Use product knowledge to present merchandise, promote and sell goods.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns and operational problems to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and technical clinics for the store.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and inform management of potential fraud risk.

There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑starter with initiative to take on tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
