The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, subject to business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and complete the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Perform store price changes and hang signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Provide peak coverage as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training successfully.
