Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health & Detox

Location: Kerrville, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Pay Range: $36.00–$40.00/hr based on experience
Differentials:

Weekday Nights: +$2.25/hr

This RN role supports adult patients in a detox and behavioral health setting. Nurses are responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, withdrawal monitoring, and supporting stabilization within a structured clinical environment. This position offers consistent patient interaction and meaningful impact.

• Complete admission assessments and withdrawal evaluations.
• Provide medication administration and clinical documentation.
• Monitor patient condition and address medical or behavioral changes.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and infection control protocols.
• Participate in coordinated care with medical and clinical teams.
• Maintain professional communication and confidentiality.

• Active RN license in Texas.
• CPR certification.

• Experience in detox, psychiatric, behavioral health, or acute care nursing.
