We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) to join our team in Kerrville, TX.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess condition changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs
