Based out of our office located in Kernersville, NC, this highly lucrative CSR role is responsible for collaborating with carrier partners and shippers alike overseeing the full life cycle of every shipment in your team's given book of business. In order to be successful in this role, individuals must be able to think quickly in a fast-paced and competitive team environment where your hard work will generate results.
This position offers a competitive starting base salary (determined upon experience) plus a highly competitive monthly bonus structure.
What does the position require?Function as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers
Developing long-term relationships with customers by providing first-in-class customer service
Helping to prospect for new customers, carriers, and maintaining positive customer and carrier relations
Generating new business opportunities through prospecting calls
Effectively and confidently negotiating customer and carrier rates, and establishing strong, trusted relationships with each
Managing movement of the client s goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported safely and delivered on time to the client s expectations
Using industry-leading technology to provide market competitive pricing for customer shipments
Collaborating with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisions

Operational experience within the 3PL/Logistics field (preferred, but not required)
