Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. Lead Associates are responsible for ensuring store operations run smoothly and for maintaining a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

• Close store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure the facility for the night.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits, opening/closing reports and conduct inspections when necessary.
• Assist with cash register and customer service duties.
• Receive, price, and stock donations; may lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally or 10–35 pounds frequently.
• Hang, inspect, and tag textile and clothing in a production‑style setting.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience required.

Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 9 am to 8 pm, opening at 1 pm on Sunday.
