As a Landscape Supervisor at Ideal Landscaping & Irrigation, you will oversee our landscaping projects and ensure the delivery of outstanding outdoor spaces. This role is vital to our mission of excellence and will involve leading a team to create beautiful landscapes that leave a lasting impression.

• Supervise landscaping teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities for landscape maintenance and installation projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to guarantee compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques and best practices.
• Manage inventory of landscaping materials and equipment, ensuring availability for projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Implement sustainable landscaping practices that align with company values.

• Proven experience in landscape supervision or management roles within the landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members alike.
