Employment Type:

Full-Time, M-F, 8am-5pm Responsibilities Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide compassionate and evidence-based care. Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness. Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Foster teamwork and community involvement within the healthcare setting.

High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.

Experience:
