• Translate materials to/from workstations and racks, using forklifts, carts, and pallet jacks.
• Transport goods to production and bin locations.
• Load and unload materials for use in production.
• Place raw materials and packaging supplies in proper inventory locations.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by management.
• Identify and alert management of issues or discrepancies.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean work area for safe and efficient operation.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Follow all safety requirements for machine operation and wear appropriate safety equipment.
• Provide support to other production teams or functions, as needed.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.

• Pallet jack experience.
• Forklift experience (preferred).
• 1 year experience in manufacturing (preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• General, verbal, and numerical intelligence, including reading and matching of numerical sequences.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure, ruler, and calipers.
• Knowledge of RF scan gun preferred.

• Constantly stand and frequently walk.
• Frequently bend from waist and twist.
• Constantly lift up to 30 lbs/13.6 kg and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs/23.6 kg from floor to overhead.
• Occasionally reach horizontally and overhead.
• Constantly push/pull using total body and upper extremities, occasionally reach horizontally.
• Feel with the touch of the fingers.
• Constantly grasp, carry, and push with both hands.
• Constantly move arms, hands, and fingers to grasp, manipulate, or move/transport objects.
• Review physical requirements matrix for all requirements.

• High noise levels and moving machinery.
• Work environment is not climate-controlled and subject to dust and high/low temperatures.
• Must be able to work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
