As a Certified Nursing Assistant in our 20-bed Intermediate/Intensive Care Unit, you’ll provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill and medically complex patients. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll perform continuous assessments, manage advanced monitoring and life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
What We re Looking For- Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required. - Experience:
Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required. - Licensure/Certification:
Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. - Additional Skills (preferred):
Basic computer skills for documentation.
