What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic care.
• Lead and mentor a stable and skilled clinical team, including 3 dental assistants and 4 hygienists.
• Manage and grow the patient base
• Continue building the reputation

• Operatories: 9 fully equipped ops
• Technology: Fully digital with iTero scanning
• Yearly Net Production: $2,
• Patient Stats: 5,018 patient visits | 100% collections

Compensation & Benefits

• Initial Daily Guarantee
• Production-Based Compensation
• Earning Potential: $300,000–$450,000 annually
• Malpractice Coverage Provided
• Continuing Education Support
• Work Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience or AEGD/GPR preferred
• Strong in oral surgery and endodontics is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about patient care, leadership, and practice growth
