• Process domestic orders and scale all inbound and outbound loads.
• Prepare documentation for outgoing shipments.
• Accurately and timely complete all order and shipment documentation.
• Proactively communicate with facility personnel and drivers regarding delivery schedules and order statuses.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, facility personnel, drivers, and management.
• Work with production personnel to coordinate production and shipments.
• Review invoices from freight vendors.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience required, preferably in a professional and technical working environment.
• 2+ years of office experience required, preferably in a customer service role.
• 1+ years of experience in domestic logistics preferred. Scale operations or international experience highly desirable.

The hourly rate range for this role, in Biola, CA, is between $20.87 - $30. This range is provided as general guidance; actual salary and benefits may differ based on location, candidate skill set, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs.

In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, subject to program terms. Details will be discussed through the application process.
