Safety Compliance Coordinator; Field​/Packing Kerman CA area

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Ranch/plant safety inspections and compliance to Fed/State regulations
• Assist with safety rules implementation
• Maintain current safety programs
• Deliver and conduct safety training for managers, crew supervisors and department leads
• Prepare summaries regarding in-house safety audits and injury investigations
• Conduct injury investigation for Field/Plant
• Conduct new hire and refresher training
• Process injury claims while working with Human Resource Clerk
• Process new hire paperwork for field personnel
• Meet compliance and reporting of federal and state regulations

• Bilingual (Eng/Spa) a plus
• Prior experience handling compliance to Fed/OSHA, Cal/OSHA, DOL and other governmental agency regulations
• Ability to perform audits, inspections, training, identify and correct hazards, etc.
• Detail-oriented and focused on reducing accidents, injuries, and workplace violence.
• Handle accident/incident investigation, medical treatment, corrective actions, and maintain excellent records.

Pay Range:
Min ($18.50) to Max ($20.00)
