Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.;
Assists customers by escorting them to the products they are looking for and helping with out-of-reach items.;
Accurately selects groceries ordered online by customers and ensures correct items are picked across temperature zones.;
Tenders customer orders through POS and charges the customer's credit card.;
Load or unload groceries, bag items, and prepare orders for pickup while maintaining proper temperatures.
