• Maintain area of responsibility in accordance with company policies and procedures, including handling returns, zoning the area, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provide member service by maintaining exit and self‑checkout areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products, provide guidance on self‑service technology, and process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Observe and communicate potential criminal activity, maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation, and execute emergency response procedures.
• Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology and tool functionality, program rollouts, and continual learning opportunities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and co‑workers; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; determine improvement opportunities; and adapt to change.
