Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse | Part Time – Holland Home of Grand Rapids, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility. • Deliver direct nursing care of assigned residents according to individual plan of care and in keeping with scope of practice and agency policies and procedures
• Document resident information and nursing actions performed and resident response to care timely and appropriately
• Manageable workloads, excellent staffing ratios
• 2 weeks of orientation for new hires – if you need more, just let us know!

• 8 hours per pay period: 2nd shift | Week 1:
  Fri (6:30p-11p) | Week 2:
  Sun (6:30pm-11pm)

• A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
• Must be CPR certified
• Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
• Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
