Position Description and Purpose

• Perform all work tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Ability to meet standard pallet move performance rate.
• Inspect equipment prior to use.
• Move product to and from storage locations.
• Load outbound orders while verifying accuracy.
• Inspect trailers prior to loading, ensure trailers are safe and food‑grade.
• Responsible for securing loaded trailer while waiting for pickup.
• Utilize scanning software to systematically move product in real‑time.
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, floor scrubbing, etc.
• Occasionally charge or change Hilo battery, participate in inventory counting and wrap or stack product.
• Perform other duties as assigned; may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or forklift experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• May work overtime, evenings, or weekends to complete work or to attend meetings, as directed and authorized by management.
• Previous stand‑up Hilo experience highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in a cold storage environment preferred.
