Essential Functions:

*** Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.)
* Creating BOLs
* Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors
* Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities
* Checking truck drivers IDs
* Sealing trailers
* Creating switcher/shuttle moves
* Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda
* Completing yard/refer checks
* Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork
* Customer Service
* Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks
