• Analyzing material requirements to plan sequenced production and delivery of parts across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Coordinating material flow by expediting parts and assemblies between suppliers and departments according to production and shipping schedules.
• Resolving supply chain issues and participating in lean improvement projects across plants and supply chains in North America.
• Maintaining accurate records for tracking production operations, product coding, and material master data.
• Managing inventory by analyzing and addressing slow-moving or obsolete stock to maintain optimal levels.
• Collaborating on multi-plant strategies to optimize material flow, improve communication, and align inventory plans with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• +3 years of experience in a production inventory control environment (Material planning).
• Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Proficiency in SAP and legacy systems for scheduling and planning.
• Understanding and application of lean techniques in manufacturing operations.

• APICS certification or equivalent in supply chain management.
• Ability to integrate new software tools and apply lean practices for scheduling solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills for disruption management.
• High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple plants and teams.
