The Information Technology Intern will help the IT team support employees technology needs and issues. This internship offers hands-on experience with a diverse employee population and range of hardware and software.

*** Provide support on employee tickets and requests for new equipment.
* Assist team with inventory and asset tracking.
* Work with operations and field teams to troubleshoot, repair and replace devices at various local facilities
* Help to identify opportunities for improvement to current systems and processes

* Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
