Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and modify manufacturing tooling, jigs, fixtures, and dies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues on the production floor to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs for all tooling assets.
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to optimize tooling for new product introduction and process improvements.
- Specify and procure tooling materials, components, and outsourced services.
- Conduct root cause analysis for tooling failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all tooling adheres to quality standards, safety regulations, and production specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in tooling design, fabrication, or maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, Mastercam).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, stamping, injection molding) and associated tooling principles.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot tooling issues and implement effective solutions.
- Knowledge of GD&T principles and their application.
- Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, Moldflow analysis).
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing processes for tooling applications.
- Certification or experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in a specific CAM software for CNC machining operations.
- Background in automation or robotics integration with tooling systems.
