Were seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Kentwood, Michigan

Opportunity Details
  • Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
  • Office hours: Monday 7am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 7am to 7pm, & Friday 7am to 5pm
  • Specialty: Family Medicine
  • Team Size: 10 providers
  • Call Requirements: No call for APPs
  • Office offers convenient on-site access to several services that are in the same facility including Lab, Advent Physical Therapy and Grand Rapids Ophthalmology

Requirements
  • Experience Preferred
  • APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
  • Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA license
  • ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in teaching and mentoring
  • Documenting in Epic EMR
  • Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supporting community health efforts
