In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Pick, Receive, distribute, and put away parts in correct pre-determined locations. Perform daily 5S tasks to ensure lab safety and audit readiness. Perform basic problem solving to help resolve issues. Proactively Find and resolve safety issues. Work with a diverse team to achieve daily schedules.

• High school degree (or equivalent).
• No experience required; will train.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs infrequently.
• Preferred:
  Reach truck operation (Standing Forklift and scissor lifts).
• Preferred:
  Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Preferred:
  Working knowledge of Oracle.

• Start Time (1st Shift): 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday
• Start Time on first day: 8:30 AM for training/orientation

• Position:
  Picker/Packer (General Labor)
• Pay Rate: $18/hr
• Bill Rate: $24.30/hr
• Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch)
• Length: 1 month minimum based on performance and attendance
• Rapid hire process: DT clearance required before start; BGC may still be finishing
• Stay bonus for good attendance: $500 at 30 days and $500 at 60 days
• Good attendance means: one absence or two lates allowed during eligibility periods
