- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
- Shipping & receiving experience required with 1-3 years of minimum experience
- Clerical experience required with 1-3 years of minimum experience
Skills & Qualifications
- DOT certification
- Experience with SAP for transaction processing
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with carriers and customer service
- Weigh in and out all trailers
- Coordinate with spotters on moving trailers
- Contact carriers in the event of a trailer rejection
- Coordinate with carriers on all dropped trailers and daily line up
- Communicate with Customer Service regarding orders
- Complete all transactions related to shipments in SAP
- Review shipping sheets each day at the end of shift to prepare for the next day shipments
- Email all finished paperwork to customers
