• Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, freight companies, and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines
• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and shipping labels
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory movements, and related documentation
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to shipping and logistics

• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in shipping software
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
