Overview

We’re looking for a skilled CDL-A driver to haul materials, equipment, and rail to job sites safely and efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the crew moving and the project on track — literally.

Who We Are

At Track Tech Inc., we build and protect the backbone of American industry — the railroad. From construction and maintenance to inspection and on-track safety, we get the job done right, safely, and on time. Headquartered in Kentucky with boots on the ground across the country, we have nationwide reach.

We’re not here to check boxes — we’re here to raise the bar. We value straight talk, solid work ethic, and people who take pride in doing it right the first time. If you’re a safety-driven rail professional who knows how to lead in the field, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive heavy trucks and lowboys to and from job sites
  • Safely load, secure, and unload track equipment and materials
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Work closely with supervisors to coordinate deliveries and mobilizations
  • Assist with labor tasks when not driving
Job Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record
  • 2+ years of commercial driving experience
  • Experience with hauling heavy equipment a big plus
  • Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance
  • Must pass DOT and FRA drug/alcohol screening
Benefits Offered
  • Health Insurance – 100% Covered for Employee in Core Plan including Vision & Dental
  • Safety Equipment – Company Gear and Safety Equipment Allowance
  • 401(k) – With Company Match
  • Life Insurance – $50K Covered for Employee
  • Paid Time Off and Holidays – Based on Experience
What Sets Us Apart

We’re not the biggest name in rail — and that’s by design. We move fast, adapt quickly, and treat people like people. You won’t get lost in a big corporate machine here. We know how to build track, protect people, and deliver for our clients — and we do it with a team that’s tight-knit, sharp, and proud of what we do.
