We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver with a Class A Hazmat license and experience driving large trucks. The role involves collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations in the Walton, KY area and delivering exceptional customer service daily. You will work with a modern, well-maintained fleet and receive comprehensive training and safety gear. This position offers autonomy, stable hours, occasional overtime, and strong benefits.

- Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
- Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships.
- Operate vehicles safely—including straight trucks and tractor‑trailers up to 26 and 53 feet long.
- Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes or challenges.
- Load, unload, prioritize, and organize the truck per schedule and needs.
- Manage a route per leadership direction, delivering timely, efficient, and effective service.
- Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and conduct roadside inspections.
- Perform heavy lifting when required.
- Class A license with Hazmat endorsement, clean driving record, and valid medical card.
- Willingness to run occasional overnight routes.
- Availability for full‑time hours (approximately 40 hours per week).
- Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
- At least six months driving experience with tractor‑trailers or straight trucks.
- Pass a 7‑year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
- Flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
- Experience operating vehicles safely (straight trucks and tractor‑trailers up to 26 and 53 feet long).
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections.
- Confidence in road‑check levels 1 through 3.
- Proven longevity in past employment.
- On‑time delivery practices.
- Job stability as an essential, non‑seasonal service to healthcare.

- Consistent work hours:
Monday–Friday, 1st Shift, 5:00 am start‑finish. - Full‑time benefits, sick leave, and vacation leave from day one.
- Permanent position, 40–45 hours per week.
- Competitive salary: $29 per hour (non‑negotiable rate).
