• Pay Rate: $80,000 to $90,000, top earners up to $110,000+.
• Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000, depending on experience.
• 3rd‑shift dispatch.

• Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip; submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect the bill of lading and securely store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
• Drive the tractor‑trailer toمرح destination, applying commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises.
• Maintain the driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver product into customer premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 yearનિક​ or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level necessary to perform job‑related tasks safely and effectively.
