Role

As part of the SaaS Manager team, you’ll help build and evolve a platform that gives IT leaders real-time visibility into SaaS usage and spend, strong governance for secure and compliant adoption, and actionable insights that drive smarter, more efficient decisions. Following 1

Password’s acquisition of Trelica in early 2025, you’ll join a team playing a key role in advancing our Extended Access Management strategy. You’ll contribute to solving the challenges of modern work by building scalable, sustainable solutions that empower employees, strengthen security, and foster trust. As the team grows, you’ll help shape both our technical platform and how we work while preserving the startup mindset that makes this group collaborative, fast, and impactful.

We are looking for Senior Developers across three SaaS Manager teams including core Product Development and Integrations.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US, ideally with the ability to work within Eastern Time hours.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Expertise in .NET/C# with a deep understanding of the framework and ecosystem, plus hands-on experience with MongoDB
• A passion for and strong experience in software development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
• Ability to solve complex problems and propose effective, innovative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
• Experience in implementing testing methodologies and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality code
• Commitment to continuous learning, sharing knowledge, and mentoring developers through pair programming and code reviews

What you can expect

• Lead the development, testing and debugging of production software systems for new and existing features, with regular stakeholder updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and align technical decisions with project goals
• Mentor earlier-career team members, providing technical guidance and training, empowering independence over time
• Lead discussions to clearly communicate technical requirements and proactively identify challenges with scalable solutions
• Lead planning, set goals, estimate effort, and ensure on-time delivery
• Drive design and implementation improvements for performance, accessibility, reliability, and scalability
• Develop effective testing strategies with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products
• Solve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices and advocate for their use when relevant
• Build new test infrastructures to help developers test more effectively
• Model best practices in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Generate and review documentation on code processes to support scalability
• Be available for on-call rotational work
