Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develops web applications using the ASP.NET MVC Framework.
• Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Deploys, configures, and maintains NICE Engage recording solutions.
• Monitors system health and performance, applying patches and upgrades as needed.
• Investigates and resolves technical issues, including those related to voice capture and data retention.
• Collaborates with IT and business teams for integration and support.

• Active Public Trust, Secret Clearance or higher.
• BS Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred).
• Proficiency in NICE Engage recording platform administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, SQL Server, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with telephony environments including VoIP, SIP, and PBX integration.
• Understanding of security and compliance standards related to call recording.
• Experience with application development using Visual Studio and C# preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
