Note: This position requires reporting each morning to our office located at 129 Industry Ln, Forest Hill, MD 21050 before heading to job sites.

• Install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues across major water treatment brands.
• Perform routine maintenance, system checks, and inspections.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and service recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential water treatment installation and service.
• Strong knowledge of major water treatment system brands.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with well pumps or water heaters is a plus, but not required
  .
• Ability to pass a background check.
