Location: Hardinsburg
Cabling & Install Technician – Fort Knox Project (2 Openings)
Location:
Fort Knox, KY (On-site)
Type: 1099 Contractor / Temporary (10–15 workdays over 30–45 days)
Compensation:
Competitive – based on experience
We’re hiring skilled technicians to help install structured CAT6 cabling, wireless access points, and network hardware across a multi-story government facility. Ideal candidates will have experience with low-voltage cabling and commercial IT installations.
Responsibilities- Install and terminate CAT6 cabling
- Mount and test wireless APs and switches
- Pull 111 ft of conduit (as needed)
- Label and document cable runs
- 2+ years structured cabling or low-voltage install experience
- Comfortable working on ladders/ceilings
- Must pass background check to access site
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
