Bull Energy is rapidly expanding our Renewable Energy(RE)
Projects pipeline and looking to add aGeneral Laborer to support the team. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy while gaining valuable experience in the solar industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of solar panels and associated equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Support the team in preparing construction sites, including digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, and clearing debris.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in construction or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
