As a Welder, you'll fuse fabricated components to create structural forms essential to our projects. Safety is paramount, and your expertise will contribute to a safer, stronger future. Join us in a dynamic environment where your skills shape the landscape.

• $20-$26/hr
• Paid WEEKLY

• Understand welding symbols and select proper materials.
• Locate approved pieces, gather equipment, and clean welded pieces.
• Adhere to safety, QA/QC programs, and OSHA regulations.
• Support shutdowns across various locations, including other states.
• Work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.

• 1-2 years’ welding experience.
• Ability to read welding symbols and structural drawings.
• Pass a tape measure test and an unlimited thickness groove plate test in FCAW.
• Ability to carbon arc gouge butt joints.

• Lift at least 50 pounds frequently.
• Work overtime, weekends, and in challenging positions.
• Tolerate temperature fluctuations and dusty/noisy environments.

This role is classified as safety sensitive. Candidates must demonstrate proactive safety leadership and uphold safety standards as a fundamental employment condition.
