Location: Crestwood, KY (On‑site with travel to client sites)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading/unloading tools, equipment, and materials each day.
• Set up utilities (water, power, generators) and stage jobsite work zones.
• Operate grinding equipment, hand grinders, polishers, and related tools (training provided).
• Take before/after and progress photos; log and label work zones.
• Maintain clean work areas, vehicles, and equipment.
• Perform basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.
• Track material usage and assist with inventory.
• Complete daily work orders, job logs, and documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
• Communicate clearly with leads, PMs, and teammates.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and professionalism.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to work day shifts or night shifts, depending on customer schedules.
• Experience in flooring, construction, or concrete is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full‑time, W‑2 position with growth potential.
• Competitive hourly pay: $18 – $25, depending on experience.
