Security Officer - Refinery Gate Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control processes, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and/or petrochemical location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and public responders when required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, process areas, and perimeter routes to help to identify unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, spills and/or releases, and other policy violations, and document observations per post orders.;
Monitor cameras, intrusion detection, fire panels, and/or other site monitoring systems, and complete timely reports, logs, and incident documentation using required formats and systems.;
Support site entry requirements by verifying identification, visitor authorizations, delivery documentation, and required protective equipment compliance as directed by site policy.
