Requirements:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be CPR/First Aid/AED certified
  • Must understand, read, and write in English
  • Successfully complete fingerprint background check and drug screening

Some Duties may include:

  • Make access badges in accordance to SLA
  • Screen associates and determine root cause of activations
  • Monitor post activity to ensure facility security and prevent unauthorized access
  • Review and save CCTV video regarding incidents
  • Complete various logs and incident reports by end of shift
  • Respond to alarms in accordance with SLA standards
  • Input incident reports in database by end of shift
  • Provide direction and support to associates on security matters
  • Conduct patrols and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, maintenance issues, and incidents
  • Monitor building activity to ensure security
  • Conduct audits and perform escorts if requested
  • Respond and assist with emergencies
  • Back-fill open positions as needed
  • Make access badges and participate in emergency evacuation
  • Other duties as agreed
Work Environment and Schedule
  • Work at client sites, indoors or outdoors
  • Prolonged standing and walking during security activities
  • Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays; overtime as directed
  • Work various shifts and holidays as assigned
