Security Officer - Retail Site - Weekends

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location.;
Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing deliveries, and directing individuals to the correct locations.;
Monitor entrances, common areas, and access points for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, helping to deter unauthorized entry and loss.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and escalating to site leadership and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including the sales floor, corridors, and perimeter, and complete reports using required systems and/or logs.
