• Salary up to $81,000 USD or $75,000 CAD, plus commission eligibility

• Oversee a portfolio of clients, supporting users and prospects by understanding their goals and resolving issues with our solutions
• Qualify leads and manage the entire deal cycle from discovery through close, including organizing demos and ensuring successful onboarding
• Proactively engage clients to assess their experience and identify upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deal closures and effective customer support
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, taking action on any trends observed

• Minimum of 1 year in a Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline and perform consistently against sales metrics
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical terms
• Demonstrated experience handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries through various channels
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
