Endurance IT Services has a client in Ashland, Virginia, seeking a results-driven Strategic Account Manager with a hunter mindset to drive new business and deliver innovative solutions on behalf of the business. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new sales opportunities across corporate, education, and government sectors as pertains to design and technology needs
- Manage end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, while exceeding growth targets.
- Serve as the primary client contact, fostering long-term relationships and guiding projects through design and delivery.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide consultative expertise.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably A/V or other technology solutions.
- Proven ability to open new doors and close complex deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with A/V products and integration approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
