What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts in Canada, from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans to maximize revenue potential and expand market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale through implementation
  • Maintain a strong understanding of treasury, payments, and financial risk management to effectively articulate the company's value proposition
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of successful Enterprise software or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, particularly in selling to CFOs and Treasury departments
  • Strong strategic, consultative, and value-based selling skills within large organizations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience with RFPs and executive presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Treasury domain knowledge strongly preferred
  • Experience using CRM tools such as  for pipeline management
  • Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
  • Fluency in French highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on territory needs
