Sales Person

This is a full-time HVAC Sales Person located in Erlanger, KY. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting in-home consultations, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. You will generate leads, present product and service options, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets. Additionally, this role will require maintaining accurate records, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring top-notch customer experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals on large ticket items
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems, or a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in record-keeping and familiarity with sales software and tools
• Ability to work independently with a results-driven and proactive approach
• Experience in the home services industry or related fields is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or a related field is an advantage
