Regional Sales Manager - Orthopedics

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the designated territory

  • Recruit and manage distributors/reps, ensuring successful transitions and retention
  • Coordinate sales opportunities between national accounts and field sales teams
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience within the orthopedic space, preferably in foot and ankle
  • Experience negotiating contracts, managing territories, and resolving conflicts
  • Proven ability to work with independent distributors
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes

  • Technical knowledge of foot and ankle products
  • Experience working with foot and ankle-specific independent distributors
