What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home policies
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of inbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to work in a distraction-free environment
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
