Commercial Insurance Call Center Sales Support Specialist

• Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process by building leads, accepting inbound calls, and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
• Build strong customer relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, follow up on open quotes, and communicate outcomes to the Inside Sales Team
• Position and sell the employer's value proposition, including its history and coverage options
• Support a high-performing sales culture by prioritizing and managing daily work activities
• Balance inbound sales calls with outbound and email communications to close sales

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade, along with a competitive nature and strong desire to win
• Call center experience
• Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
• Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused

• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
