- Serve as a subject matter expert on solutions developed in partnership with AT&T
- Communicate value propositions effectively to AT&T sales organizations and targeted business customers
- Develop Sales Plans, Target Account Plans, and Pipeline Building in coordination with AT&T teams
- Manage complex sales cycles and negotiate agreements based on value‑based selling
- 12+ years of successful solution‑based selling experience in SaaS, Unified Communications, and Cloud applications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a defined account environment
- Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct online demos effectively
- Experience in prospecting and acquiring new large multi‑location clients
- Ability to travel up to 40% and manage a flexible schedule
- Experience working with AT&T or Ring Central is a strong plus
- Skilled in adopting a measured sales process and collaborating in a co‑selling environment
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills to influence and guide stakeholders
