Responsibilities include:

• Promoting trust and respect among associates
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making product suggestions
• Maintaining knowledge of products and informing customers about specials
• Checking product quality and ensuring freshness
• Labeling, stocking, and inventorying merchandise
• Reporting discrepancies and safety issues
• Adhering to food safety regulations and safety procedures
• Performing preventive maintenance and reporting repairs
• Handling customer and employee accidents and reporting safety risks and illegal activities

Qualifications:

Minimum:

• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Basic math skills
• Effective communication skills

• Retail experience
• Second language skills
