Base pay range: $65,000.00 / yr – $80,000.00 / yr.

• Lead, coach, and develop associate teams through training and active listening.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates to reinforce store operations and company initiatives.
• Model exceptional customer service and manage community outreach programs.
• Create and execute action plans to correct deficiencies and improve process quality.
• Drive financial performance by analyzing profit‑and‑loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Supervise and mentor hourly associates, assign duties, set clear expectations, recognize performance, and promote a belonging mindset.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.

• 2 years’ college education
  ** or
  * * 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
  ** or
  * * 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for firearms sales facilities.
• Completion of all required job‑training and assessment programs.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent.
• Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and terminating.
