Position SummaryRetail Store Associates play an important role in the CVS Health family. The position offers an opportunity to excel in a growing, high‑impact, customer‑focused role in a leading retail setting.
Essential Functions- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and locate additional items when needed.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed.
- Support opening and closing activities as required.
- Provide support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring full stocking and operation.
- Assist pharmacy personnel on regular shifts, providing growth opportunities.
- Promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that help people on their path to better health.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Remain upright on your feet for sustained periods.
- Lifting up 35 lbs occasionally, 10 lbs frequently, and light overhead lifting regularly.
- Close visual acuity to view a computer terminal, read, and inspect small parts.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred but Not Required.

Pay RangeUSD 15.00 – 18.00 per hour. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors.
