We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Associate to provide excellent customer service and ensure the efficient operation of our food service establishment. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food service establishment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food service operations, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations and best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register or point‑of‑sale system.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation and cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of retail math for pricing calculations is a plus.
